Template for Fixtures - Download - All JL, LL Majors, Minors PP and Machine Pitch fixtures must be done on this template and in the format that is shown on the "4 Team" tab and emailed to the Operations Support Manager when completed.
All exhibition games must be included in the fixtures and noted on the spreadsheet.
Big League, Senior League regular season and Junior League finals fixtures are done by the Junior Competitions Manager Lance MacKichan.
FORMS
Charter Transfer - Club Registrar to request transfers for players and the Operations Support Manager will notify the charter secretary and club when completed. Procedure - Form
Charter Committee Contact Form - Download - All charters must fill in this form and return to the Operations Support Manager as soon as possible so information can be updated and sent to the correct contacts.
State Championships Team List Forms - The Operations Support Manager will send this form to the team Executive Officer. This form is required to be completed by all teams entering the LLWA State Championships. This includes all Development and Minor League (Machine Pitch) teams. Deadline for All Star teams is one month prior to State Championships starting date.
Development and Machine Pitch - Deadline for paperwork is two weeks prior to championships, the earlier the better. The coaches section can be cut and pasted into an email and sent for approval. Team list are required for certificates to be printed.
LL International Eligibility Affidavit Form - Required to be filled in by competing All Star teams. This form will be sent to your team Executive Officer by the Operations Support Manager.
Guide For Championship Teams An explanation of what needs to be emailed to the Operations Support Manager from the team Executive Officer.
Charter Representative Team Manager to email the name of Executive Officers with their email address and mobile number.
Team List Form - For all grades including ILSC and LL Combined teams will be emailed to the appropriate contact by the Operations Support Manager.
Copy of Working With Children Card for all team staff who do not have a child under the age of 18 playing in the charter team.
WWC card is required for all staff should your team travel to the Nationals. This includes all book and GameChanger scorers.
Charter Representative Team Manager is required to email their team coaches list for High Performance approval. You need to email this to support@baseballwa.asn.au. Approval will be pending your team staff's WWC card and coach accreditation.
Coaches who require a WWC card cannot commence any training or tryouts until their card or post office receipt is received by the charter and sent to the Operations Support Manager.
Scorers are to be listed with their contact details. One book scorer per team. Ideally scorers to have some scoring experience. Chosen scorers are required to travel with the team should they make the Nationals. No qualifications are required. Please do not choose a scorer who is unable travel.
For the All Star teams - Teams are required to supply one person to score on the GameChanger scoring app for their home games. Charters are to supply an iPad and download the program which is free from gc.com. Once you know who the GameChanger scorer is email their name and contact details to the Operations Support Manager. LLWA will create all teams on GameChanger, so we will need to know who's iPad will be used and what their email address is. One scorer from each travelling team is required for both book and GameChanger scoring.
For All Star teams - We will supply the score books and WiFi for the games to go live. Please let the Operations Support Manager know if you have an issue with obtaining an iPad.
For your Executive Officer to complete (All Star Teams only) - A completed Affidavit must be submitted one month prior to the tournament's starting date. Teams to leave the "Games Played" for players blank as we will fill this in for the team.
VERY IMPORTANT: Little League, Development Shield & Machine Pitch - Your team list must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the tournament's starting date. This is for the printing of certificates for every player. If you miss this deadline your team certificates will have to be hand written by the team Executive Officer.
