Heritage Archive Collection A Baseball WA archive collection has great State, National and International Heritage value and forms part of the baseball history of Western Australia. The Board and Heritage Committee of Baseball WA are dedicated in the correct use and methods of acquisition, preservation and conservation of all facets of our Baseball History.
Heritage Collection, Preservation and Storage of Baseball Memorabilia The acquisition, preservation and storage of baseball memorabilia is the responsibility of the Archivist.
Heritage Donor Donations to our Archives collections are a valued source of material for augmenting and enriching the history of baseball in Western Australia.
Heritage Loan Agreement Keeping track of objects from Baseball WA’s collection is an important part of collection management. This is especially true if these objects are out on loan, or have borrowed objects from other people or organisations.
Heritage Oral History Recording Agreement Recording of oral histories are integral to Baseball WA intention to preserve the State’s baseball history. Your recorded interview will become part of Baseball WA’s archive collection where it will be preserved as a permanent reference resource for use in research.
Heritage Records Management The purpose of the Policy is to set out the matters about how Baseball WA keeps its records, including information regarding the organisation’s record keeping system (s), disposal arrangements, practices and processes.
