Scorers are to be listed with their contact details. One book scorer per team. Ideally scorers to have some scoring experience. Chosen scorers are required to travel with the team should they make the Nationals. No qualifications are required. Please do not choose a scorer who is unable to travel.
For the All Star teams - Teams are required to supply one person to score on the GameChanger scoring app for their home games. Charters are to supply an iPad and download the program which is free from gc.com. Once you know who the GameChanger scorer is email their name and contact details to the Operations Support Manager. LLWA will create all teams on GameChanger, so we will need to know who's iPad will be used and what their email address is. One scorer from each travelling team is required for both book and GameChanger scoring.
For All Star teams - We will supply the score books and WiFi for the games to go live. Please let the Operations Support Manager know if you have an issue with obtaining an iPad.
For your Executive Officer to complete (except Machine Pitch) - A completed Affidavit must be submitted one month prior to the tournament's starting date. Teams to leave the "Games Played" for players blank as we will fill this in for the team.
