Kalamunda Rangers 4 v Braves 5 Braves Baseball Club seized victory in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off single at the end of the game to topple Kalamunda Rangers. The game was tied at four with the Braves batting in the bottom of the seventh when Matthew Froude singled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring one run. Kalamunda got things started in the first inning as Jackson Pollard's sac fly scored one run. Froude was credited with the victory for the Braves. The bulldog allowed four hits and zero runs over three and a third innings, walking zero. Chris Bishop took the loss for Kalamunda. The bulldog allowed three hits and two runs over one inning, striking out one and walking one. Kalia Borgomastro started the game for the Braves, lasting three and two-thirds innings, allowing ten hits and four runs while striking out two and walking one. Pollard started the game for Kalamunda. The pitcher went five and a third innings, allowing three runs on seven hits and striking out two. The Braves tallied ten hits including two apiece for Froude and Neil Major. Kalamunda racked up 14 hits as Dave Ryan went 3-for-4 and Brandon Naughton, Liam Cubbage, Kyle Cornfield, and Luke Williamson recording multiple hits too.
