Welcome to the 2020/21 season of baseball at the Perth Baseball Club, in what is shaping up to be a very important year for our club, having our final season in our existing club rooms. The City of Stirling will be redeveloping Moyle Pavilion at Inglewood Oval, the building is slated for demolition in April 2021 and the new building is due for completion in November of 2021. This year, we have introduced a new online registration portal, Sportlomo. All registrations will now take place through the portal. Payments of fees will continue as previous either by credit card or directly into our account. Fee structures will be sent out shortly with a raffle book component to raise money for the fit out of our new club house. With the exciting new clubhouse on the horizon, it is vitally important our members get behind the club in registering early and paying fees. We want all players, coaches, scorers, social members and volunteers to register through link below, which will be a great way for our club to update all our members contact details. We want all past players and supporters to register as social members through this LINK. Sponsorship is more important than ever for the Perth Baseball Club. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, large or small or know of anyone who would love to become a part of our baseball family through sponsorship, please let us know. We have standard packages or we can design a package to suit. Click HERE to view more information on sponsorship opportunities.
We are very excited this season to have appointed Devon Ramirez as our State League Coach and Junior Development Officer. As a club, we are very excited and are looking forward to new beginnings and successes. With Covid-19 and Devon still in the US, we are working every avenue to have Devon at the club this season. Covid-19 has thrown us all many curveballs. With the season fast approaching, and coronavirus still affecting our everyday life, we will endeavour to keep you updated and informed on protocols and changes in circumstances as they happen. Our State League season will begin on the 11th October with all other grades beginning the following week, playing through to mid-March with a break for both seniors and juniors over Christmas.
