New Position - Programs Administrator

Baseball WA is seeking a suitably motivated and experienced person to fill the new position of Programs Administrator (PA).

​Reporting to the CEO, the PA shall provide logistical and promotional support to heads of department and be responsible for ensuring all programs are run well and promoted to maximise program membership.

Specifically the PA will
Work with the relevant department heads to develop a list of logistical operations that need to occur for the programs to be successfully carried out.
Carry out such operations.

• Ensure that programs are promoted and participation maximised, using the social media, website, email and marketing resources made available by BWA.
• The successful candidate will be well organised and show proficiency in the usage of social media and Microsoft Office.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours with the prospect of increasing in hours and responsibilities as more programs are developed. A generous remuneration package is offered. This would suit someone already in the work force seeking to increase their hours worked.
