Telethon Kids Institute is looking for 12 and 13-year-olds in Western Australia to test and provide feedback on a new sun health app developed with input from young people, experts in sun health, the Cancer Council WA and app developers.
This is a great opportunity for junior baseballers to provide their thoughts on an important initiative, known as the Promoting Safe Sun Behaviours in Teenagers Project, or the SunSafe Project, which is funded by Healthway (Health Department, WA). Telethon Kids Institute has developed an app which aims to help teenagers make balanced and healthy decisions around their behaviours when spending time outside in the sun. This app contains information relevant to teenagers around safe sun behaviours. More details about the community study are below: Who can be involved?
