Baseball WA Game Day Feedback Form The Baseball WA Game Day Feedback Form will be used to assist in the ongoing development of baseball umpiring in Western Australia.
All junior clubs and charter committees are requested to submit the form for each junior game that is played in the 2021/22 season. The form can be submitted by anyone present at the game, be they a coach, scorer, committee member (club or charter), umpire, or ground official.
Charter committees are requested to endeavor to ensure that at least one form is submitted per junior game.
The more feedback received, the more impactful the outcomes.
The Reporting Umpire shall inform BWA’s Competitions Department at email@example.com of an ejected person no later than 5:00 pm 2 business days following the game.
The Reported Person must complete an Incident Report and submit to BWA’s Competitions Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Reported Person fails to submit an Incident Report by 5:00pm close of business 2 business days following the game, that person will not be eligible to appeal the penalty provided based on the report.
Scorers Information and Templates Each club is required to submit a main game report contact person/s with email address and phone details. This information is required as soon as possible. Game reports are to be submitted online on the Google Spreadsheets provided.
Player Clearance and Registration Any player who has registered and played Baseball in Australia, requires a clearance to move from one club to another. The form is to be completed by all players requesting a Clearance to move clubs in WA or interstate. Queries can be directed to email@example.com the Operations Support Manager.
Charter Clearance Procedure Club Registrar to request transfers for players and the Operations Support Manager will notify the charter secretary and club when completed. Club clearance must be completed before charter clearance can begin.
Dual Registration Form This form is to be completed by the Clubs seeking permission for a player requesting for dual registration to play in the Regional / Metropolitan competition or to play in a competition for another club as it is not offered at your club. Juniors within the metro area may only dual register with a club in their charter.
Dispensation - league age 12 players only All players who are league age 12 must be selected to a Little League Major Division team, or Junior League team. Exceptions can only be made with written approval from the District Administrator, and only if approved by the local league and the parent/guardian of the players (See Regulation V [a].)
Dispensation - play out of age group A player seeking dispensation to play below his/her age group (one year below only) should not be construed as being automatic. A player once granted dispensation cannot compete in any State Championships or play in any other grade.
Dispensation - play more than 2 games Each application is considered individually based on the information supplied by the club. Permission to play more than two games per day should not be construed as being automatic.
The Australian Baseball Federation is the peak representative body for baseball in Australia. The Australian Baseball Federation has national and international regulatory and co-ordination responsibilities. In performing those functions the Australian Baseball Federation uses the descriptor: "Baseball Australia".
