IMPROVED MEMBERSHIP TYPE FORMS
There have been several improvements made to the Membership Type forms:
  • The Membership Type form is now a click and drag option, making it simple to build your form
  • Custom Fields, including Dropdown options and Custom questions are easy to add and automatically appear in your available fields
  • You can now 'copy' one completed Membership form to others. This saves you requiring to add all questions to each Membership Type, you can simply copy from one master to all others.
MEMBERS' PUBLIC USER ACCOUNT
As another FYI for Club Registrars, we need to be aware of the Public User Account process. A public user is somebody who is logging in to the system to register any member/s. So when members registered for the first time last season, upon creating the initial "Public User" account, they would have received a verification email, which is a standard verification process. They would have been asked to click a link to verify that account. If they did, all is good. If they did not, then their account is not yet verified, and they will need to do this prior to registering again. If they simply search for 'Sportlomo' in their email account, they should quickly find the initial verification email. If clubs have members who are having trouble, we can manually activate the account for them. Email query to support@sportsclubhq.com
