:Baseball WA is pleased to confirm the teams and fixtures for the inaugural Senior Baseball Club Championship, which will take place across five days from 25 to 31 March 2021 at Empire Ballpark in Thornlie.
The championship will incorporate five teams across Baseball WA’s top competitions: the regional champion from Port Hedland, the top three clubs from State League 3 and the top club from A Grade at the end of the regular season. Congratulations to the following clubs on qualifying:
Please note West Stirling qualified as the top seed in A Grade in front of second-seed Kalamunda but unfortunately needed to withdraw due to circumstances beyond their control. This leaves five teams with a full round robin format including four games per team and the grand final. There will be no limit to a team’s squad size for the tournament, though a restriction of 14 players per game will be enforced. Players must be eligible to play finals in State League 3 or lower. Each game will be a regulation nine innings with a two-hour time limit. Click HERE to view the fixtures on GameChanger. Comments are closed.
