Flynn McGahan's wild pitch allowed one run to score for the Cats. Braves took the lead for good with three runs in the sixth inning. Kennelly and Kevin Clark drew walks to score runs. Braves scored three more in the seventh inning, thanks to a single by Jordan Dyer and a double by Kennelly. McGahan took the win for Braves, giving up four runs on three hits over one and two-thirds innings, striking out two. Tucker Smith and Sam Kennelly entered the game out of the bullpen to pitch in relief. Joel Hughes took the loss for Carine. Hughes surrendered three runs on zero hits over two-thirds of an inning. Wanneroo 8, Swan Districts 1 Swan Districts Swans fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 8-1 loss to Wanneroo Giants on Sunday. Wanneroo scored on a fielder's choice by Ben King, a sacrifice fly by Dawson Summers, and a single by Daniel Stephenson in the third inning. Wanneroo pulled away for good with six runs in the third inning on a fielder's choice, a sacrifice fly, and a Stephenson single. Frazer Brice was credited with the victory for Wanneroo. The righty lasted six innings, allowing five hits and one run while striking out three. Jordan Matos and Jay Bullingham entered the game out of the bullpen to close things down in relief. Clarkson took the loss for Swan Districts. The bulldog went three innings, allowing six runs on seven hits and striking out three.
