Baseball WA is thrilled to announce Harcher as our Platinum Partner for the 2022/23 season.
Harcher has secured naming rights to BWA’s State Baseball League and junior competitions, as well as presenting rights at BWA Awards Night and Season Launch/HOF Induction events. This initial two-year partnership is an exciting step forward for BWA and Harcher. "We are pleased to welcome Harcher as Platinum Partner for State League Baseball,” Baseball WA CEO Lachlan Dale said. “As a leader in wholesale foods and catering, Harcher will be a great resource for BWA programs and clubs, and we are grateful for this opportunity to grow the commercial aspects of our game. We value Harcher’s support and we can’t wait for a fantastic season together.” “Harcher is a family owned and operated wholesale snack foods, beverage, catering and cleaning supplies business with operations in both metro and regional WA and regional NSW. The Sherlock family have proudly supported local businesses, schools, shires, and grassroots sporting clubs for more than 30 years,” Harcher Group General Manager Derek Bird said. “Harcher recognises and admires the efforts of BWA in their pursuit to promote baseball to the broader community, develop pathway opportunities for its junior members, and provide resource and support to all WA baseball clubs. Harcher are proud to be affiliated and support Baseball WA in their endeavours and look forward to building a long association.” Learn more about Harcher’s wholesale foods, packaging, and cleaning solutions HERE. Baseball WA is excited to announce a new partnership with Sixteen23 to further support player and coach development throughout the state.
This partnership covers a variety of Sixteen23 camps and clinics, including Sandlot League and the Baseball Coaches Program, led by Luke Hughes and Tim Kennelly. "We look forward to expanding our partnership with Sixteen23 in providing high-quality programs and upskilling players and coaches across the WA baseball community,” Baseball WA CEO Lachlan Dale said. “Of course, what Luke and Tim have produced on the field speaks for itself, sharing their knowledge and expertise of the game is a natural fit which will enhance the baseball experience for all of our members." Luke and Tim are ready for a bright future with this partnership. "We're excited to continue to work closely with Baseball WA to deliver a range of high-quality programs.” "As passionate West Australian baseball players, we originally set out to provide camps and clinics to the next generation. Over the years, this has developed into a range of programs not only for the younger generation but also to help develop our coaches. We look forward to helping grow the game with Baseball WA.” Sixteen23 is hosting a school holiday camp from 3-5 October at South Perth Baseball Club. Each day will consist of learning and developing new and existing skills in the morning followed by afternoon games to showcase those skills.
