Baseball WA is excited to confirm Carine Cats Baseball Club will host the 2023 Barclay Cup from 1-7 October.
After a successful inaugural event with this new national tournament for youth girls aged 13-16, BWA is excited to welcome the Barclay Cup to Perth. “We can’t wait for the 2023 Barclay Cup at Carine Cats Baseball Club,“ BWA Participation Manager David Hayes said. “Thank you to Carine for stepping up to the plate to host this exciting tournament that gives junior girls the chance to shine on the national stage and play with their peers from around the country. We had great feedback from the first tournament and look forward to an even bigger and better event later this year.” Carine’s strong base of volunteers is also excited about this fantastic opportunity to host a national event. “Carine Cats Baseball Club, WA is thrilled to be hosting the second ever Barclay Cup in 2023, honouring our local and multitalented sportswoman Jacinda Barclay,” Carine Baseball Chairperson Dean Tierney said. “We welcome the players, coaches, umpires, scorers, volunteers, family, and friends representing baseball teams from all the states and territories of Australia and internationally. Best of luck to all the girls, we hope you bring your best and have an awesome week of baseball. “ Stay tuned for more Barclay Cup updates in the coming months. Comments are closed.
